Had a blast with friends! We explored the nearby countryside and took a charming ride on the local railway. The breakfast each morning was a highlight. The honesty bar was a fun touch. It’s an easy stroll to everything we needed, making our stay really enjoyable.
The outside area was quite limited due to the rain, which was a bit disappointing since we wanted to enjoy the garden views.

Cozy stay with a view!
We spent a night here and had a lovely time. The room was cozy, and the view was amazing, especially the old train. Breakfast was delish! A bummer though, it was really noisy in the morning from the road. a chill spot, just be ready for some early rising sounds.

Perfect break with stunning views
We had a lovely stay for my birthday! Debra was just the sweetest, even arranged flowers for me. The room was super comfy and breakfast hit the spot. The dining area has amazing views of the countryside, and the outdoor tables are nice too. Just wish the shower had better pressure, but still enjoyed it!

A very comfortable double room with a stunning view of the countryside and the miniature railway. The bed ensured a restful night's sleep, complemented by excellent water pressure in the modern en suite bathroom. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, highlighting great attention to detail from the hosts. The only downside was the slight distance from some key attractions and a limited variety in the breakfast menu.

great view but cleaning could improve
The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of options that made for a delightful start to the day. the room offered a brilliant view over the Romney Marshes, which was a perfect backdrop for our stay.
The cleanliness in some areas needs attention.

The bathroom situation leaves a bit to be desired. it felt cramped with a wash basin barely useful. I had to deal with no warm water at the sink and a clean-up job on the floor that needed attention. Only two bath towels were provided, which was inconvenient for a couple. The check-in process could have offered immediate toilet access instead of a surprise garden loo later on. Breakfast being limited to just one hour might not suit everyone's schedule.
